A registered manufacturer reports to the collective system the quantity of electrical equipment that they first place on the market in the Czech Republic. They pay recycling fees for these electrical appliances.

The collective system uses the recycling fees to fulfill the above-mentioned legal obligations.Manufacturers retain responsibilities related to the labeling of electrical equipment, providing information about the composition of electrical equipment to facilitate their subsequent recycling, and complying with the provisions of the law concerning prevention during the production of electrical equipment.

The data are considered strictly confidential and are secured by the security standards of ASEKOL a.s. and the used hardware and software solutions, ensuring that no one except the obligated submitting entity has access to these data. The data transfer from the obligated entity to ASEKOL a.s.'s accounting system, including the calculation of the invoiced amount, is fully electronically secured without manual intervention.

According to Act No. 542/2020 Coll. on end-of-life products (hereinafter referred to as ZVUŽ), placing on the market means the first paid or unpaid delivery or release into the free customs regime of electrical equipment on the Czech market for the purpose of business, distribution, consumption, or use according to §3, paragraph 2, points b – d.

1. Ensures the fulfillment of obligations for all categories of electrical equipment and batteries
2. It is the largest collective system in the Czech Republic for the take-back of electrical equipment, with appropriate expert, personnel, and financial resources, and extensive experience gained over the past 17 years of operating collective compliance for manufacturers' obligations.
3. It is established, owned, managed, and supervised by the largest manufacturers of electrical equipment.
4. ASEKOL closely collaborates with and is a member of:

1. má transparentní financování – oddělený bankovní účet i účetnictví, stálý tlak na úspory a snižování cen všech dodavatelů,
2. uplatňuje systém pravidelného informování všech účastníků systému o plnění jejich povinností.
